Any way to get Shifter Search Widget to appear on top of my rotating header?

Hi again -

Now that I've got a plugin rotating my header image, I can't seem to figure out how to get the Shifter Search Widget to appear on top of it?

The plugin's code is inserted into a text widget in the Inset Module. Code is as follows:
<span id="cimy_span_id"><img id="cimy_img_id" src="" height="150" /></span>
<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript">cimy_change_image();</script>

Is there a way I could get that code as a rotating background image and allow the Shifter Search Widget to appear on the top left in the inset module?
